Skin Problems And Their Solutions For All Skin Types

Below I am describing some major skin problems related to particular skin types. As you can see I have listed very few number of the solutions here, just because I don’t want to add something that is fake and wouldn’t work. I just want to add best solutions for your skin type which is actually going to work for you.

DRY SKIN PROBLEM

Dry skin needs regular moisturizing and moisturizers need to be oily enough, otherwise, your skin will dry up soon. Dry skin is especially problematic in winters when it is prone to flaking.

Honey+Olive Oil+Beeswax pallets

Measure equal parts of honey, beeswax, and olive oil. Melt the beeswax in a small pan over low heat. Remove it from the heat and mix it with the honey and then with the olive oil. And apply this mixture all over your body and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes. Then take a shower. Repeat daily or every other day.

Ghee/Coconut Oil/Glycerin

Gently rub any of these listed things on your face and other affected areas in slow and circular motion so that it gets absorbed by the skin. And leave it for few hours before you step into the shower.

Banana Face Mask

Mash two or three bananas and apply it on your face directly. Leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.

Yogurt+Turmeric powder+Honey

Mix two-three parts of yogurt with half tablespoon of turmeric powder. Turmeric powder helps to remove the dead skin cells. So, use this paste as a face scrub and rinse it after scrubbing it for 3 minutes. Later apply some honey (which will give you the extra moisturization) and leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

Note: If you have a dry skin problem, then please use honey and oil (olive, almond, coconut oil) as much as you can use because these are most powerful moisturizing agents.

OILY SKIN PROBLEM

The accumulation of excess oil on the outer skin layer results to an oily skin which often leads to whiteheads, blackheads, blind pimples and other skin problems. The excess oil are coming from sebaceous glands in the skin which start producing excess sebum. Those who have this condition usually have shiny skin and large pores.

Egg Whites

Egg Whites effectively dry out the skin blemishes, tone and tighten up the oily skin. Apply a stiffly whipped egg white on your face and allow it to dry. Wash it off with water. Alternatively, you can make a mixture of egg white and lemon juice and apply it on the face. Leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing it with warm water.

Yogurt 

Yogurt helps to gently exfoliate the skin and it also absorbs excess oil from your face. Apply the plain yogurt on your face. Leave it for 15 minutes before washing it off with cool water. Alternately mix oatmeal, honey and yogurt and apply this mixture on your face. Wash it off after 15 minutes with warm water.

Tomatoes 

Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to its properties of cooling and cleansing. The natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help to get rid of excess oil. Rub a tomato on the skin till the juice soaks the skin. Rinse after 15 minutes with cold water.

SENSITIVE SKIN PROBLEM

Sensitive skin is very dry skin, which is prone to skin reactions such as pustules, skin bumps or skin erosion and has a tendency toward blushing and skin flushing. Excessively dry skin can no longer protect nerve endings, thus leading to sensitive skin reactions.

Frankly speaking, there is no possible way to make your sensitive skin as normal skin. But yes definitely by doing these things you can defiantly reduce your skin problem to some extent. 

Wear Sunscreen 

As sensitive skin is susceptible to sunburn, it is essential to apply sun block while stepping out during sunny days. Even little bit of sun rays on your skin is enough to irritate it, making it red and patchy. 

Raw Milk 

Raw milk is the best toner for sensitive skin. It is natural and milk hardly causes any reaction on sensitive skin. So, always try to use milk instead of chemical toners that may be harmful to your sensitive skin. 

Rose Water 

Rose water is the best toner for sensitive skin. Being natural, it doesn’t cause any skin reaction. After cleaning your face with soap or face wash, dab a cotton pad soaked in rose water on your face. 




Moisturize with Coconut Oil

Extra virgin coconut oil is a natural moisturizer for the sensitive skin. It has a good amount of fatty acids that helps to keep your skin well moisturized and prevent dryness.
