Hello all beautiful ladies, I am back again!! As every other woman on this earth, I also have some weight related issues. So, from this april, I am trying to sort them out. Hope! you all will find these Weight loss tips very informative.
Here I’m going to share my current weight loss diet chart with which I’ve lost 5 kgs in a month. Trust me it’s 100% effective. All you need do to is simply follow this easy to go diet chart.
For following a diet chart you have to start your day really early. Get up at 5 or 6 a.m. Start your day with having a glass of coriander seeds water (soaked overnight, take 1 glass of water and 1 teaspoon of crushed coriander seeds).
FOLLOW THIS ROUTINE
7:00 A.M = 1 cup refreshing green tea along with honey and lime juice.
8:00 A.M = 1 besan cheela/1 bowl poha + 1 cup toned milk
11:30 A.M = 1 fruit (exclude mango, banana, grapes)
1:00 P.M = 1 bowl of salad
1:30 P.M = 1 Bowl daal (Pulse) + 1 small Bowl veggie + 1 roti (Chappati) + 1 cup buttermilk
4:00 P.M = 1 cup of green tea/salty lemonade+ 1 tablespoon roasted chana (Grams)
6:00 P.M = 1 fruit
7:00 P.M =1 big bowl of salad
7:30 P.M = 1 small bowl veggie + 1 roti (Chappati)
Follow this simple diet chart along with 30-minute daily walk + 30 minutes home exercises (five days a week). And remember not to have salt intake after 7:30P.M. You also have to little control over fatty foods like rice, potato or sweet dish. A cheat meal can be included once in a fortnight 😉
